I decided to go somewhere other than the dealership for my 14-year-old 328xi. They were good when it was under warranty but with some other things that came up I felt they just wanted to replace and not fix. On the recommendation of a couple of friends who have BMWs, I chose Nixon. They solved some issues that the dealership couldn't solve without replacing very expensive parts. These guys did a great job. Took in my 440i for diagnostic of brake issues and they diagnosed and discussed the issue with me and ultimately resolved to my satisfaction by replacing brakes + rotors. Price was reasonable and service was great, so overall yes I would go back here again.
After searching for BMW specialists in the lower mainland I decided to bring my X5 to Nixon and am very happy with the decision. The shop fixed my coolant leak same day, and my vehicle runs like a top ever since. I also asked for a full inspection, and they were very transparent about the other work and timeframes that I should consider for the future. At no point did I feel rushed or upsold. Big kudos to Mitch for professional communication and follow up.

Gone to Nixon twice with my 10 year old Bimmer, bunch of work done on it, very nice detailed report with photos provided and good advice on what needed to be done right away vs later. Good experience so far!
