I paid for their services upfront even though I was given the option to pay the day we were to sign the paperwork. I was told they'd call me after they spoke to the buyer. They didn't. They told me the paperwork would be ready on Friday, it wasn't. They didn't call to tell me it wasn't. They said it would be ready on Monday and they would call both parties to set up the time to meet. They didn't.
