I had an excellent experience here. They are very friendly!
they are not the best people to have do title work . They told me at first the info and such I gave them would be just fine then they delay the closing I made clear had to happen within 14 days and if couldn't do it I'd go elsewhere, they said no problem we can do it but as I said they then changed the whole story once they got earnest money and cashier's check in their hands. now it could be 1 to 3 months before closeing so they just lost a closeing .
Great place to do business with first class
Process was quick and easy. Everyone was super nice!
