ER rooms were few and very small, nurses and doctors are nice and kind, very speedy in and out, despite we didn’t get problem solve, we got some relieved till we get back to our own hospital in another state. It’s the closest ER in the city center so if you not are dying, you might not get priority due to limited space resources. The whole building however is a full hospital.

Very rude, unprofessional ER staff over an hour wait and my mom was never even registered.... unbelievable...even heard office staff being rude to other people waiting in the ER waiting room...if they don't like thier jobs they need to quit!

Unprofessional while my son had a seizure went down on his shoulder was in terrible pain.Instead of doing an xray of his shoulder they did a chest exam.Nothing was done and he was sent home. Very unprofessional
