This week my Club Car golf cart charger stopped working. The cart and charger are barely 2 yrs old. Apparently these chargers go bad. I called Nix where I purchased the cart and as soon as I got to the store, they already had a brand new one ready for me to pick up - free of charge. They are going to handle the warranty return on their end at no hassle for me! Amazing service again!!!
Mike and Chris separate themselves from the rest by providing excellent customer services and making each customer feel important. They have always been very up front and honest about what I need for my cart, and have given me good recommendations as well for some changes I needed.
Mr. Mike was wonderfully patient and understanding in working with me to ensure I had something I'd be happy with...and I am!!! Loving my golf cart. It is perfect for its purpose and the price was reasonable considering the add-ons. Thank you!
