My mother reports: Five Stars-we bought our cart 2 1/2 years ago--everything was fine until the battery began not holding the charge for very long. I called in the afternoon to ask what could be happening. Kris came out the next day, and quickly discovered the problem (which was our fault, not theirs) and took care of it. We really appreciate the fast and friendly response.
I live one block from Hope Valley Country Club and play golf almost every day, weather permitting. I have used Nix for my golf cart needs several times and am 100% satisfied with their excellent customer service and their very prompt attention to my service requirements. Just purchased a new two seat club car from Mike and Kris. Both were very easy to work with, and patient with my questions. I had many as I’m not local to Durham and was spending 10k plus on a cart sight unseen. Mike delivered himself with all the modifications I had requested. Spent maybe an hour with me as I’d never owned a golf cart before. Can’t say enough about their positive, upbeat customer service.
I have worked with Nix twice now (battery replacement and all new tires) and customer service has always been top notch. They are extremely easy to work with and prompt with all communications. Highly recommend!
