I phoned Nix Florist, Hampton, VA, to order a floral for the father of a friend. We do not live in SC. The female who answered the phone at Nix was a portrait in rudeness: impatient tonality, rude to the point of pointing out in a condescending way the price point of a spray, which I told her I wanted to purchase. Poor woman did not appear to comprehend that I have purchased dozens of sprays all over the country, at a price point of 150.00. Nix Florist done a beautiful job with my moms arrangement. The lady I spoke with was super nice. After getting the run around from a different company, Nix's was super helpful and my mom received her flowers in the same day.
Love Nix Florist! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day the arrangement was beautiful! The people are friendly and the quality of work was top notch! I will say alot has changed over the past year for the better!
