Dr. El-Refai was very rude. I felt pressured into paying billing up front and getting unnecessary treatments. She convinced me to have a root canal done on a different tooth then my dentist recommended. She did procedures that were not covered by insurance and did not give me the option of opting out. I ended up paying over 3 times the cost vesus going to an edodontist not in my network of service providers. Never again!
Thousands for a failed root canal. Too fix it they want thousands more.
I highly recommend this Endodontist clinic. The staff was incredibly professional, and the care I received was exceptional. The facility is well-equipped, and the endodontist demonstrated expertise and a meticulous approach. Overall, a positive experience
