Waited and waited. Some of us have jobs and are not retired. We don't have hours to sit and wait. When the appointment time has passed by 40 min and you're still sitting in the waiting room, this is not ok.
I found this physician condescending,rude and arrogant. Very disturbing experience with this Dr at Oak Hill Hospital. My opinion incompetent. Caused my husband undue pain,suffering and extended hospital directly related to his incompetence.
Dr. Kroll is attentive, personable, knowledgeable and interactive. I am very glad to have him as my primary care doctor.
The Doctor and entire staff are always very friendly and professional! Absolutely love them all!
Dr. Kroll is so a gentle and nice person. And of course he does a good job and so professional. His staffs all as sweet as him and so patient to explain everything to you.
Dr. Brian is the best! He takes time to listen. He has been there for me when either my husband or I need him. Fantastic doctor!
