The receptionists were rude when I would call to get an update about my UDS results. The doctor was dry and dismissive. When I went in I was asked about my symptoms and just given antibiotics and a vaccine without being revised. I went to another urologist, turns out my situation was not an infection, it was IC.
Receptionists are incredibly unprofessional. The lady that helped me was nice, however the other woman was very rude to a customer on the phone. Doctor Dhar herself was very nice & mindful of our time as well as her MA.
Pick anyone else, any other Urologist. Dismissive, rude demeanor.
The bad reviews weren't wrong. She is harsh, doesn't listen amd was no help
Be very careful this doctor performed surgery on my wife. One of the items on discharge list said if this happens call Dr immediately. It happened she called doctors office 5 times over 2 days. Receptionist said Doctor stated she would call her. No call. Sitting in emergency room now.
