This is my second visit to Niva Health, and I am already impressed by the level of care and professionalism. The staff is warm, personable, and genuinely invested in my well-being. Even in just two sessions, I have noticed positive progress, and I appreciate how they take the time to ensure each therapy session is both effective and comfortable. I look forward to continuing my treatment here.
Don't be surprised if you are billed more than they tell you it will cost. They seem very focused on getting you to sign a document that says you will pay them even if what they tell you it will cost turns out to be wrong and you end up having to pay much more. They are very slick.
Very disorganized. The medical part of it is 100% effective. However, very disorganized place to be located in the city of Troy. I thought I was in Detroit or Southfield for a second.
Niva Health has been a godsend for me and my migraines. Today they gave me 1000ml of fluids so I didn’t have to go to the ER. Amazing cx service II can’t say enough about them!!!! The front desk staff is great. You can check in early online and Miriam the NP is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend Nivea Health to everyone.
I cannot say enough good things about NIVA...I was skeptical for months assuming that my insurance wouldn't cover my service....I feel better now. I love the team at Troy, MI office- EVERYONE. Nurse Practitioners/RNs are THE BEST (esp. Clarinda Jones-Washington) with IV starts and explaining procedures step-by-step. The ladies at front office are super polite and professional....Please don't do yourself a disservice like I did....Call them or go online, check them out, make an appt.!
