Their insurance team verified that my out of pocket max was met and I owed $0 copay but due to their “computer discrepancy” they refused to provide service without a payment, which I did not owe. Waited an hour in their lobby and then I left. They do not have a direct number for their “insurance team” only an email, their customer service is lacking, they would rather lose my business than talk to my insurance company (Blue Cross PPO)
My husband and I have been going to Niva for a few months now. We feel awesome!! The staff is amazing!! So friendly and awesome to work with. We do IV therapy once a week and the red light therapy once a week. Highly recommend!!
My experience with Taylor Ravae Was way more than I expected. They made this experience easy and comfortable. The customer service was off the charts. Please visit them for the services they’re providing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about their work. They taught me things that I didn’t know.

They say you only pay your insurance copay for services only to get multiple bills months later for THOUSANDS. The billing department gives you the run around if they answer the phone or return calls. When I finally talked to someone they said they were going to take care of it and they asked me to remove my review. I did trusting that it was going to be resolved, but I continue to get bills. 0/10 chance I would ever visit again or recommend them to anyone.
