I called the thousands oaks location a the person was so rude I called Oxnard and I was told they will be here in 30min. He called me 55min after and said I'm 10mins away and it ben over an hour since those 10min and now they don't answer the phone. If you can at least call me and let me know you won't be able to open my car 😡😡😡😡😡 please don't trust them. No sir I will never make racist comments or be rude.
