Dr. Mor has been treating me for a few years now for Ménière's disease and vertigo. He's also implanted a tube in my ear. He's excellent and I'd highly recommend him.
I had Deviated septum surgery, he explained there was a problem with the tissue in my nose. This problem had to be solved by putting a graph. When I went back because clots were coming out of my nose, he said the graph looks good. Follow up and he said the graph is gone. He will check to see if he can use a different kind. Hmm this was years ago, did he ever get the graph?!?!?! I mean really? I said the shape of my nose is different and it wasn't a concern. It is to me.
Perfomed procedure without explaining that my insurance would consider it a surgery, and I got hammered with a big bill. No clarity, poor business practice, awful ethics.
