Professional, knowledgeable, and quick turnaround.
I walked in to ask for a box and some guidance because my two year old scooter suddenly won’t charge or turn on. The company NIU customer support emailed me a shipping label so I can send the scooter in for repair. The girl working in the store was really helpful and sweet. She gave me an empty scooter box and took the time to offer me some good information about the return process. She kept saying with a smile “I’m just doing my job” but she really went above and beyond.
Would NOT recommend. Quality is cheap and support is expensive. Found out I was shorted on my order ($2K difference). Buyers beware!
Horrible staff- rude and confrontational. Does not know anything about the products and refuses to help with simple requests from customers.
Without question this is the place to go when it comes to top of the line NIU scooters and mopeds. From the start Roxy and Daniel were extremely helpful, patient and friendly when I purchased my UQI+ (so fun). They answers all my questions, they are true experts. A worry free customer experience as the shop handles any service repairs and troubleshooting. I would highly recommend this business. Stop in, you will be glad you did. Thank you Roxy & Daniel!
