I decided to investigate the purchase of a small electric scooter but needed something with a high seat and settled on an NIU UQI GT. I don't have a NIU dealer close to me so I called NIU Hull. The staff are very friendly, helpful and not the pushy sales types. They clearly know the products and provided me with lots of technical detail on the bike.
