Decent project management and oversight of jobs. Isaac is a cordial, customer focused guy, and is tightening up the management side of things. Is willing to do right by the customer when his contractors do poor work. Overall cost effective and nice home. We built from 2018-2020. Covid was a headache but Isaac and ccmeww got it done.

Very poor project management and oversight of jobs. The customer is not the priority. He takes 6-8months to fix minor issues, his workers leave piles of supplies and don't pick them up. I'm still dealing with poor electrical and door install from 3 years ago. It's shocking that he takes no responsibility to do right by the customer when his contractors do poor work

Niu construction managed the construction of my new house. The quality was excellent. Pricing was very good. Working with Isaac (owner) was always beneficial. Only 4 stars because of schedule issues with subs although I recognize that this is extremely difficult especially as I was 2 hours away.
