Niu B is the second location of the original Niu Japanese Fusion Lounge on 332 East Illinois Street in Chicago. Niu B features not only their signature maki rolls, fresh sushi nigiris and sashimi, but also Japanese Robata grilled skewers and small plates. Our full bar features specialty Japanese whiskey cocktails and house infusions, as well as Korean Soju and sake that pairs perfectly with grilled skewers. The interior is sleek and modern with dark wood and neutral tones, inspired by 1930's Japanese Izakaya Bar in Tokyo.

It’s my new favorite sushi restaurant!!’ Atmosphere is so elegant and prices are reasonable. I’ve been to Japan and this place is so close to the food there!! Love it, love it, love it!!!!!!

Niu B was a solid find just around the corner from our hotel. Chill atmosphere, quick service, and the food was on point. Sushi was fresh, noodles were flavorful, and the whole place had a laid-back vibe without trying too hard. Definitely worth walking a block for.
