Food was okay overall. the shoyu ramen was fair, nothing extraordinary, but about as good as ramen gets in Chicago. Gyoza was a bit bland and could use more flavor. What really let the experience down was the service. Plates were slammed onto the table, and staff were gossiping loudly among themselves including about customers in their local language, clearly assuming no one around them could understand it. I did.
