I had a wonderful experience with scheduling my appointment and geting my hair checked for lice.
I had a very disappointing experience. The clinic was overbooked and I waited for 2 hours for a check/pre-treatment. At some point the manager was instructing the lice specialist to take clients who arrived after me first because they had appointments for a full treatment. The job was sloppy and messy. Clients had oil leaking everywhere. I ended up going to a different location and saw the difference between a professional job and a very sloppy one at this salon.

Vivian did a great job with me and my 10 month old. She was very patient and thorough. Everything was clear after the first treatment.
