Highly recommend. She has performed several colonoscopies and a breast biopsy for me. Excellent at explaining before and after procedures.
Had three Lipomas removed by Dr. Valez. Been her patient since 12 years. Extremely friendly and puts you at ease before surgery. Gives you best post operative care. Would recommend in a Heart beat.
Dr. Velez is the most amazing surgeon I've ever met. She's very patient and compassionate.
Dr. Velez is warm and personable. She explains the procedure well and makes sure to ask you along with way if you have any questions. She is also mindful of potentially painful parts of a procedure and asks how you're doing. She is good about carrying on conversation with you to distract from an otherwise unpleasant experience. I was very impressed.
