Brian is a very good contractor. Honest and reliable
Nitz just won't answer the phone or return messages. Absolute horrible customer service considering it is a $500k project. Keep in mind I called 5 times over course of 2 weeks before writing this review. If you don't want the work, then fine simply communicate, it's just that they lack professional communication for jobs the expensive. Find another building contractor is the only advice as that's what I was forced to do.
