After reading a book that was given to me by a friend about Ayurveda, it had peaked my interested in exploring more on the topic. I found Nitya Ayurveda on Google. In meeting Leena, I learned so much more on the topic. Leena was very thorough, asked lots of questions about my lifetsyle and eating habits as to get an idea on where I may need to make some changes. After my visit she provided a summary via email of all the information we discussed. I found Leena to be friendly, knowledge and professional. Thank you!

I was having a stomach problem for a long time and I was looking for help to fix that issue and Finally found Nitya Ayurveda to help me out. Leena is very understandable , and she lets you explain the situation and then she will give you the solution in detail (step by step process). I feel much better now and my stomach issues are almost gone (I'm still under treatment) . If you have stomach issues or any other health issue, I strongly recommend Nitya Ayurveda.
