If you have lice or think you have lice do not hesitate to use Nitwits! Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and work quickly to get you through the check and treatment if needed. They walked us through the whole process, after care and prevention. I loved that no chemicals were used, kids had Netflix or DisneyPlus to watch and lollipops were on hand to distract. Having lice is never an ideal situation especially with a squirmy 19-month-old but the team at Nitwits made the experience as stress-free as possible. Jenn, Amber, and Michaela were all incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and cared for. Didn't get rid of lice after treatment + recheck. Also overcharged us as one worker left mid treatment (I went in with another person so one person did both of us). Contacted them about it but they brushed it off. Spent more then $400.
