I’ve always put Nitto or Toyos tires on my vehicles since the early 90’s, never had any issues with them, until the last purchase set. I drive a 2020 Expedition and had these Nitto G2 All- Terrain 305/55/20 tires almost 2 years and the ride was smooth for a year and then it got bumpy with slightly vibration within the vehicle. Purchased a set of tires from an online retailer. One of the tires was defective before mounting. The online retailer is telling me that Nitto won't cover the shipping of the tire back for warranty purposes. It is almost $400 to ship said tire. Pretty crappy customer service. They send out a defective product and expect the customer to pay to ship it back. Might be my last set of Nitto tires.
Teenie bopper "bubbly Barbie" is at the other end of customer service number. Failing at answering any tech questions. She did say I had the right number. The nitto site is a flop. Warranty page is "404 error"... The chat option is useless.... LMFAO- Enjoy & expect delays.
they have the worst customer service ever bought some Nitto gs2 5 months ago and had a blow out so no big deal till nitto told me they discontinued this tire witch leaves me to have to buy four new tires and mine are still in new condition asked them to stand behind there product and they only want to give me a pour excuse amount for the remaining three tires they are a joke and i will never buy nitto anything again by from a better company not nitto
