I’d give 0 stars if I could… the apartment itself is OK, but definitely small for the cost. They take advantage of the students because of the proximity to campus. Forget about ever getting your security deposit back. Now they require a non-refundable "management fee" instead of security deposit. This year they tacked on $185 in general cleaning, painting, and touch up fees. There was no damage, no holes in the walls, and the apartment was cleaned at move out. Nittany Place is not a safe place for students This place is owned and managed by people who ignore your messages when you are being harassed by roommates and refuse to change your room until the Police come after a major issue happens. Their main goal is to make money whatever it causes arm. This place does not take into account your nonsmoker nature, all the smoke detectors are not working and you are forced to spend the whole year in that situation.
