I paid in full for my heating oil last week they were suppose to deliver yesterday 1-5-21 check today to see if they delivered it and nope I called today to see why they haven’t and they said cause the driver didn’t feel safe going up my driveway . But there have been times they parked on the main road and I understand it’s all not that safe but why is it a problem now . I need oil and have 2 children it better get delivered tomorrow or I will be taking this further . Won’t be getting oil again from them out of philipsburg.
RecommendedDave and everyone at the Philipsburg office have been amazing. When we ran out of heating oil overnight, they did everything in their power to make sure that we got delivered as fast as possible. This is our first year ever dealing with oil, but they've made the transition so wonderful! Thank you all so very much!

I bought a 20oz dew there this morning and when I got to work I noticed the tamper ring was missing. So I took it back after work, still unopened and they told me they couldnt exchange it because it could have came from anywhere. So for 1.99 one time they just lost at least 100$ every 2 weeks. No biggie. Guess I'll be going to snappys for breakfast and gas from now on. Penfield location.
