Beware! If you are planning to buy a Berks Homes. While the quality is good, and that i have been mostly happy that way, my Lawn was not put in until August and I closed in March. I lived with mud, dirt/dust and a mess for those 5 months. They push, push, push for you to close with so much unfinished. Overpriced homes are attached to each other, very little yard and packed in like sardines. Ridiculous
I'm posting the comments I made in the survey they've sent me repeatedly because I don't trust them to post negative reviews. Shoddy work and when they come to "fix" things, they do a half-baked job. I've never seen such an awful shower tile job in my life where the grout is a mess and the water pools terribly. When they sent someone to fix the pan and the cracked tiles, he said it would take one day and he couldn't do all the work because he couldn't take the shower door off.
