I recently purchased a property in Mount Barker through Aiden from Nitschke Real Estate and the entire experience was smooth and professional from start to finish. Aiden was easy to deal with, responsive, and transparent throughout the process. He kept communication clear, answered all questions promptly, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well-managed.
Avoid this agency if you value honesty. In december 2025, they were still using 2021 marketing photos to attract tenants, misleading people with five-year-old photoshopped images while ignoring the actual maintenance and safety issues of the property. They clearly know the rental market is tough and seem happy to exploit that desperation. Unfortunately, my experience with the agent Daniel from Nitschke has been disappointing. They were unresponsive to offers and queries, which made the process unnecessarily frustrating. During the open inspection, they showed little interest in taking down details or answering basic questions about the property. It came across as disinterested and unprofessional. For such a significant transaction, clear communication and basic courtesy are essential — both of which were lacking here.
