Even though we ended up not having Nitro do our roof repair (due to financing issues) I would highly recommend. Courtney came and went above and beyond on her estimate. I had previous estimates from other companies and no one came inside to assess the damage inside, got on roof and took pictures, and spent over an hour going over everything and the companies processes and different shingles. She even offered to help with insurance company after I made a claim for the repairs. She is definitely one of the best representatives... read more
Connor from Nitro Roofing is awesome, he spent so much time dealing with insurance adjuster. He has so much patience in explaining everything in detail, taking pictures sending to insurance company to prove them what is right thing to do. He doesn't do any short cuts and doesn't cut corners. He does everything perfect. Nitro roofing has a wonderful team, I will strongly recommend Nitro Roofing for your roofing needs.
They had issues with running out of materials which caused a one day job to turn into a 3 day job. They had to return 2 more times to correct problems with the ridge vent shingles not laying flat. I contacted them again but it doesn't appear they will back to fix the last area that isn't laying flat. Update, Nitro sent out Adam Lesher today and he removed all of the ridge vent and replaced it and all the ridge cap! Walked around with him and it looks great, very happy with the job he did. They send you several text and emails and then NO SHOW!!! Obviously they don't need the business! We will take our business somewhere else!
