Everyone I had contact with were very pleasant and professional. The initial contact person was Dusty Frey and he was easy to explain to what I wanted done and very knowledgeable as to how we could get it done. The site supervisor was also professional and kept checking on progress throughout the process. I have received many good comments on how the new roof looks.
Received great advice on products and colors as well as scheduling the work during our vacation and couldn’t be happier! Everything went great due to excellent communication and people who are building a business with integrity. Will recommend to everyone.
Even though we ended up not having Nitro do our roof repair (due to financing issues) I would highly recommend. Courtney came and went above and beyond on her estimate. I had previous estimates from other companies and no one came inside to assess the damage inside, got on roof and took pictures, and spent over an hour going over everything and the companies processes and different shingles.
