I got a text on Friday 7/17/26 to see if it was still good to come out Monday 7/20/26, and I replied "yes it is, thanks!" They did not come (no bill left, did not show up on the Ring, and no sign left in the yard), so I texted after hours to see if they needed to reschedule. No response. I texted again weeks later, no response. I've tried calling the business phone number several times, during business hours, never an answer. I have been a customer for many years now but our sales/application person changed this summer. Now I have fertilizer burns across my front yard, and the Office doesn’t answer the phone so I cannot speak to them about repairing it or even cancelling my service. ETA: Allen their VP of Marketing did call me and is helping resolve our issue, as well as is looking into the Office phone not being answered/having voicemail option.

I have been trying to reach Nitro Green since April 7 regarding the first date of service for my lawn in 2026. I followed up again on April 9 and April 13 with the last message stating "following up one last time." I also left several voice mails which were never returned. On May 26, approximately 45 days after my last message, Autumn from Nitro Green trespassed at my home and sprayed chemicals on my yard.
