Aaron was fantastic. He had great communication with us throughout the project. When he gave us the quote for our heat tape he gave us options to choose from and described the pros and cons of each option. He wasn't pushy and it was obvious that he cared about the overall experience. He took the time to talk with us and tell us what to expect and how to use the heat tape, since it was a new thing for my wife and I. We initially hired Aaron to solve an internet wiring issue in our home in Flagstaff and were so satisfied with his work, we hired him to install an outdoor surge protector for our house (after our neighbor's house was fried by lightning) and replace every lighting fixture in our home. He uses high quality products and does his research. Everything in our home was running off wifi and even with a gig through Suddenlink, I couldn't even participate on conference calls going through my computer and streaming Netflix was a bust.... read more
