Marcy is absolutely amazing—Santa Cruz County is so lucky to have her! She’s incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in her field. I had so many questions, and she took the time to explain everything—I learned so much. She’s pure magic with kids and guarantees no nits! If you ever have any problems with the little critters, Nittless Noggins is the best!!even if you are unsure and you send a picture she always gets back to you and lets you know if you can keep your mind at ease or if something needs to be done. I highly recommend them if anyone ever has a problem
Marcy was prompt in getting back to me and made time for my kids and me over the weekend with very little notice. She was thorough and helped educate us on prevention and what to do if we see signs of another infestation. My kids each got to watch a show of their choice and pick a treat halfway through the treatment. She did a head check on me and helped me feel reassured that it was all taken care of.
