Complete waste of my time and the insurance company will be overly billed for a plastic container I was sent home with to collect my stool sample in and take to a lab on my own. No blood work and was told they could not do the stool sample there. I was also told if the pain gets too bad to go get a CT scan. I’m not sure how much worse it has to get to be considered bad. This visit was an example of everything that is wrong with the healthcare system in this country.
Sarah should not be in charge of ANYONES CARE. This woman belittled and invalidated my Cousins mental health concerns to her face because they hadn't previously spoken about it. I am writing a review based on my recent hospital stay. First of all, I was talked to very disrespectfully and harshly, and with a lot of fear in their wording they from two of the doctors that were treating me. Fired my doctor today due to a horrible staff and terrible patient care. Sent him a message saying I was switching doctors and where to fax my files to. About three hours later, received a letter saying THEY were dismissing me as a patient for a no show. LIE! So not only is care here become terrible, they lie through their teeth to blame the patient.
