Called to make an appointment but the staff I talked to does not know about POS by Aetna insurance. They insist of me getting a referral which I don't need. And I talked to two of them. So I looked for someone else. Enough said
The entire front desk staff should be fired. I was so aggravated with the horrible attitude as I was checking in I didn’t even bother seeing the doctor. I left.
Horrible bedside manager. Acted like I’m an inconvenience or making up my symptoms. Didn’t provide any insight about what could be causing my symptoms.. Didn’t say a single word except there’s “nothing wrong with your nerves” and walked out of the room. What is supposed to be a 30-45 min test, he was in the room for maybe 2 minutes tops, stabbed 4 needles into my arm aggressively and out the door. Find someone who cares about your discomfort and trying to get down to the bottom of what is causing your pain.
He is a caring and very knowledgeable Doctor. He and his staff has been good to my son and I were grateful for them. Staff are nice people. Thank you Nadkarni and staff.
