Told me "there's no pain associated with m.s!"
Went in for a routine procedure - which they wanted a cash pre-payment for first. Odd, but went with it. The procedure went fine, was happy. Turned in to insurance, they paid, and 5 months later I'm still hounding them for a refund on my cash pre-payment. At this point, they have been paid twice, and have a list of excuses for why I need to wait longer. Very scammy - not sure if this is going to turn into a legal issue. You can't just double bill patients and hope they don't notice...
Very friendly staff and Doctor! Things were explained to me very well and I'm overall happy with my care here.
Three phone calls and never a call back just to schedule an appointment?!?!
