I’m extremely disappointed with our experience at United Digestive. My daughter was referred here following an ER visit where a CT scan showed significant intestinal inflammation—serious enough that the ER doctor specifically recommended a prompt endoscopy and specialist follow-up. At her appointment, the physician spent less than three minutes with her. I really wanted to give this provider more than 1 star but I had a really bad experience here yesterday. I don’t think I can force myself to go back to this practice because of Dr.Parikh. Just know if you go in with SIBO you will be laughed at. He will tell you he can’t help you so not really sure what to do when a doctor says “I can’t help you, go to Mayo Clinic in Florida”. I’ll be changing doctors and practices immediately. I feel like there’s a lot of HIPPA violations here not just AWFUL bedside manner.
Easy to get appointment and efficient staff. Listened well and great feedback and answers to questions.
I have met Dr. Parikh a few times in the past year. I found it easy to establish an appointment in a timely manner (thanks to the team as well). During the conversation he was able to disclose and communicate the key information professionally. He also performed 2-3 procedures for me which I find both effectively and efficiently. I look forward to working with him in the next 5-year check-up!
Dr. Parikh is very knowledgeable, caring, kind doctor and he takes great care of me! He did very accurate diagnoses and ordered CT promptly and confirmed his findings, then he referred and helped connecting with a great Surgeon Dr. Kevin Nguyen to take care of my surgery. I really appreciate him very much and highly recommend him to family and friends!
