Can't say enough praise for Nith Valley. They amputated my cat's leg at a very reasonable cost, all the staff gave us amazing after-care and they took all my calls in the following weeks even when I had very silly questions!! It's clear they have a passion for animals and a knack for client service <3 thanks Nith!
I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic and the people who work there. From the very first visit with my dog Ellie, they have treated both of us with so much kindness, patience, and genuine care. You can tell this team doesn’t just do their job; they truly love the animals they care for. Dr. Jessica, Emily, Martha and everyone at NVAH go above and beyond to help your dog and support you. We’ve been with Dr. Jessica for may years now, through easy vet visits and really difficult dog health issues and situations. We drive from Waterloo to see her because we think so highly of her level of care and service to her patients. I highly recommend NVAH
Very knowledgeable and careing vets , very helpful with all aspects health and dietary, wonderful experience, you can tell they love there jobs and love all our pets as well. Truly care about your furry family member. I only entrust Dr. Yenssen with the care of all our fur babies. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, and no matter if the health matters are simple or complex she takes her time to answer all questions and concerns. So grateful!
