Place really deserves no stars they misdiagnosed my daughter twice really need to retrain the staff apparently
I 100% do not recommend this office. I called to see how long the wait time was. My 5 year old hit his head on his night stand and got a cut that I was pretty sure needed sutures. The receptionist told me they don’t do sutures and I needed to take him somewhere else. Their website clearly states that they do sutures. Idk if she just didn’t want us coming in because they closed in an hour or if she was just being lazy. But her attitude and unprofessionalism makes me never want to try this office again.
I recently took both of my children to NiteOwl Pediatric Urgent Care LLC and was so impressed with the care we received. For starters the ease of checking in virtually was fast and easy. The staff was warm, patient, and truly attentive to my kids’ needs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience as stress-free as possible. I felt confident they were in good hands and left feeling very grateful for the level of care provided.

I’ve taken my two little girls to Nite Owl Pediatric Urgent Care several times, and I can’t recommend it enough! The convenience of receiving quality, pediatric care after-hours and on weekends is a game-changer. I've never been crazy about having to drag my kids to a crowded, unsanitary emergency room with long wait times and impatient toddlers.
