I hate to leave a bad review but just leaving my experience. My daughter was having issues with her asthma and we went to this urgent care because I know the drill breathing treatment and a steroid shes back to normal. Even though I wrote on the form she had shortness of breath her vitals werent taken and she wasnt checked on until I followed up with the front desk staff that said she "appeared to be fine" when we first came in. We were seen 5 minutes later(after waiting an hour) and the nurse couldn't believe her heart rate... read more

Andy and Brittany were both amazing on my visit. I experienced an allergenic reaction here in ooltewah while visiting from out of town. Was able to self pay and get everything I need to get right. 10/10
My daughter fractured her arm and they took great care of her. The wait time was minimal and the staff were very kind. She was also delighted to see the pictures of owls through out the place. You all are wonderful!
Ande is the sweetest! She was so helpful! Definitely recommend!
