My experience at Night Owl was fantastic ! I appreciated the timely and efficient care that was given to me. I especially appreciated Hailey as she was very thorough and sweet and made me feel very cared for and comfortable.
Hailey was my MA and she was excellent! So kind and made me feel like a real person and not just an everyday patient.
Hailey has excellent bedside skills and knows how to make a patient feel comfortable. Going into an urgent care is always stressful because of the circumstances for going, however when there’s excellent staff like Hailey, it makes it much easier. What a great experience.
