I was seen today at this location because I have a sinus infection. I get them all of the time and I can tell when I have one. Antibiotics are the only thing that work for me. Before I got too sick and became unable to care for my kids, go to work, drive myself to the doctor, etc., I thought I would get some help. I didn’t get it at NiteOwl. Last week, my husband seriously cut his thumb while preparing dinner. We could not stop the bleeding and the piece he severed was significant. Nightowl was open and he was trying to avoid the ER, but honestly, we were skeptical. We were wrong! I can’t say enough good things about NiteOwl! My daughter started feeling really sick this evening, and I decided to take her in even though I realized they were only about 30 minutes from closing. I wasn’t sure if we would make it in time, so I called to let them know I was about 5 minutes away. They immediately said, “Of course,” and assured me they would take care of her. Stopped in for my wife having a small issue, and Paula at the front desk was AWESOME! Got us checked right in, and handled super quick. We saw April, the NP, and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Informative, answered every question, patient, knowledgeable, couldn't ask for a better experience. Most of all, you could tell April actually was interested in what was going on, instead of just check marking you and getting you in and out. Will def go back there if we ever need an urgent care.
Ashley is an amazing nurse. Everyone is so kind and caring.
