Installers used a faucet late in the Fall during installation that froze and caused my basement to flood. Remediation for water damages exceeded 15 thousand dollars. Contractor has not provided his insurance carrier information. No product information that included warranty or user instructions were provided. Final invoice was inflated over bid price. EJ was fantastic. He checked each lightbulb and replaced as needed as well as installed new light fixtures alongside our creek and it looks so good! He had to install some new electrical wiring in order to install new fixtures and it was done in a timely manner and he explained the process as needed. Thank you NiteLites! We highly recommend!!
