Mitch was great! But the suburban we were picked up in was absolutely filthy on the exterior with body damage. You think black car service would keep you looking fresh! Especially going to a wedding.

We rented a limo bus from Nite Lite for our wedding and our driver, Paul was prompt, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate our group, helping with everything from logistics to making sure our schedule stayed on track. The vehicle was spotless, comfortable, and spacious, with all the amenities promised (ie. champagne glasses and music playing capabilities).

I booked a limo months in advance to transport a large group for a Celebration of Life. Just one week before the event, the owner, Pete, called to say the limo’s engine had “blown up” and would not be available. This explanation sounded highly unusual and raised concerns about the company's reliability. What made matters worse was the lack of empathy or accountability.
