Horrible ! No AC, we paid for an hour service, they charged a "waiting fee" because we got to the limo at 2:20 even tho we paid from 2 to 3 . They wouldnt drive us unless we paid an extra fee for waiting...and the fact there was no AC. No compassion, horrible service...avoid ay all cost

We had a horrible experience with Nite Life Limo. We booked a limo for a special event and were shocked by the poor service. First, the limo’s music system and AC were not working. We had mentioned their condition when booking, but it seemed like no effort was made to accommodate them. The worst part was the driver’s attitude. He drove recklessly and suddenly slammed on the brakes, several of our girls went flying forward causing a few injuries to the girls’ necks and it was a very scary and shocking experience. We recently booked a limo experience with Nite Life Limo and the experience was underwhelming. The driver had arrived at the time reserved and upon arriving to the limo, we noticed the air conditioning and Bluetooth were not working. When the issues were brought up to the driver, he made it seem as though it was a bother instead of trying to help. Worst limo service we have ever had! We were so very upset with our service. To start off with, the AC was not functioning in the rear. And blue tooth/music was not working. These issues should be taken care of prior to the passengers boarding , AC should’ve been on and working. It’s a 9 to 10 minute ride for which we paid well over C$300 and the service was anything but professional or pleasant.
