The Mother’s Day brunch here was extremely disappointing and we won’t be returning for that or any other reason again. At least 3 of the main items were empty and not refilled the entire time, the other items were cold and The service was mediocre at best. We drove up from Vancouver just for this to make it a special Mother’s Day and it def was not worth that or the $$$.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back! The hotel is very clean, and our room was beautifully renovated with great attention to detail — you can really see the care put into everything. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We also loved the complimentary bicycles and paddle boats — such a nice bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. Every penny you pay is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!
it was a really nice stay overall but some details were missed which could have made it better the hot tub (through the spa) was good but definitely worn, and one was hotter than the other. our inquiries to the direct text number (the hotel) provided was never answered, and the breakfast hash was missing potatoes very comfy beds, huge tub in the rooms
