I have had a great time at the Nita Lodge. Had the chance to meet a lot of great staff who made the space a second home. Jenna Cech was great and really helpful. Helped me find fun activities to do in Whistler and provided great service. Overall great experience

Update in response to management: This reply perfectly illustrates the core issue: a consistent choice to prioritize self-protection over empathy and accountability. 1. Selective Memory: Management focuses solely on "pest inspections" to deflect from the fact that my concerns were met with dismissive and insulting remarks while I was physically ill. 2. Update on Poor Service and Stay I received a phone call from management regarding my previous poor experience, during which I explained my concerns. I was told they would follow up with options to encourage me to reconsider staying at the resort. For context, I book 3–4 Whistler trips each year and have stayed exclusively at Nita Lake Lodge for the past four years. Unfortunately, no one followed up as promised. We love Nita Lake Lodge and have been multiple times. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. We appreciate the quietness of the location but still conveniently located by Creekside and the shuttle into the village is great. We also love the way access to the valley trails. Food is great and the spa services are excellent. I highly recommend the lodge.
