I ordered flowers for a funeral for the following day. I ordered them early afternoon. Website said there would be no problem getting them there in time. I get an email from the owner late that night saying she only does local events and she thought the website was shut down. So now I was without a florist to send a memorial late at night. Didn't have any problem charging my credit card. And now I have to wait 5-9 days for a refund. I ordered a memorial bouquet for a relative from this florist and, at the time ordered, gave a list of the types and number of each type of flower we wanted in the bouquet.
