Never had any issues wth ANY of the staff here. All the ladies are great;they are friendly,and always call me by 1st name,ask bout my kids,my dad& genuinely care for people. Dr.Randall is a wonderful Dr& individual,also Dr Jackson is definitely an awesome lady! Everybody in this office deserves praise for doing what they do& the way they do it!!

I have found that the staff here is compassionate yet firm. They work long hours and with very little recognition. Patients are blessed because I have been to other offices and the people complaining on this office would realize the majority of pain treatment centers care a great deal less. Most likely because they've been burned out on patients who aren't following the doctor's orders and are abusing the system as well as their medmedications.

Very unprofessional staff, they don’t answer phone calls. And you go there for months just now to be told you need $200 just to be seen and even if you are seen have to drive counties away to get your script. This place is just a pill mill all they care about is their money, no care for patients whatsoever. These people don’t deserve to get to call themselves nurses or doctors.

This office sought out a well known problem area just to make money off the weak and are just polluting the economy even more.
