Terrible, uncaring service. Called to arrange a quote for some work on my Nissan, was told someone will call me, well 8 months later, I’m still “waiting”. Decided to give them the benefit and they were recommended by a friend so called today to book a diagnostic and repair to be told….. “We’re really busy, it won’t be for 4 weeks.” “That’s ok, can we book a date?” “No, call back in a couple of weeks.” “But won’t that just push the booking back?” “Whatever, just call back in a few weeks.” Errrr…… no, not ever.
