This place charges an arm and a leg for minimal service. I went in to get a root touch-up and to trim my dead ends, bringing all of my own products for the hairstylists to use. I've been to many Spanish salons, and on average I spend around $80 for this service. But at this place, they charged me $170!! It's absolutely ridiculous. And I don't even have long hair, it's short up to my neck. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get robbed.
9 hours! My daughter was in this hair salon! 9 hours! 9:30am til 6:30pm! And hair stylist showed up late. And vegan taking care of OTHER CUSTOMERS…….. my daughter was going To get her hair dyed blue! This was a horrible experience and she had the audacity to say she needed to pay more money! The experience was terrible. There is no proper excuse or reason that my 15 year old daughter had to experience this. She will NEVER go back. And I’m really PISSED! Her aunt is amazing for accepting this kind of service.
