Alex really went the extra mile and put in a lot of effort into helping us today. He made himself late to his next appointment, because our heating problem was trickier than first expected. Really appreciated the effort from Alex, thanks mate you're a champion.
Very helpful and professional
They put in a large underfloor and radiator system for us. We live in an old heritage building. From the first contact to the completed project Callum, Sam and the team were fantastic and a pleasure to work with. Of course there were a few teething issues to deal with but they were so responsive and helpful that very quickly the system was to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
We have this system installed, works very well. We needed a service call more than 2 years after initial installation, they came and made the balance of the system under warranty. The warranty classification was the service technician's call, we were grateful for this honest approach which is a great way to do business. Regretfully, the system has not maintained consistency and the last service was not helpful. We notified Nissle Eichert, got no response and have contacted them again. Nissl were an absolute pleasure to deal with from the moment I called Callum right through to the final install. Their communication, professionalism, and quality of work are second to none. A special mention to Callum, who was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process so easy. It honestly doesn't get any better — these guys are the best in the business. Highly recommend!
