We have this system installed, works very well. We needed a service call more than 2 years after initial installation, they came and made the balance of the system under warranty. The warranty classification was the service technician's call, we were grateful for this honest approach which is a great way to do business. Regretfully, the system has not maintained consistency and the last service was not helpful. We notified Nissle Eichert, got no response and have contacted them again. We engaged Nissl Eichert to install the hydronic heating at our place and we are thrilled with the final result. Our install was not a straightforward install as we are on a concrete slab, but the installation team did a fantastic job and were punctual and professional throughout the four days at our house.
