An exceptional experience from start to finish I recently purchased an Audi A7 from Wylam Garage and the customer service was world class. What an absolutely outstanding garage. After being treated appalling by Lookers Nissan in Carlisle, I rang Wylam Garage in Hexham to see if they could help me. And help me they did. Lookers Nissan in Carlisle had said I would be without my car for over 6 weeks! Wylam Garage took my car in, sorted the problem with my car AND did a service on it in less than 3 hours. I can’t thank both Emma’s enough for their kindness and helpfulness. If I could give this garage more stars I would!
