I would have left zero stars if it was possible. I have been a loyal customer for around 15 years,leasing multiple vehicles from Springfield Nissan. This last visit I attempted to negotiate a deal for the Nissan national lease price on a vehicle. I understand if a deal cannot be made, its the nature of the business,but it was more than that at this last visit. Service department mgr employs unprofessional and disrespectful advisors. Vehicles are rarely fixed in a timely fashion and often returned with new mechanical issues not present before drop off. An expensive financial drain and carnival of incompetence and vindictive service advisor, Evelyn Gaglioto is likely encouraging service techs to damage customers cars. A advisable legal remedy to recoup costs if interested in a class action.
