Just been in to enquire about unlocking a radio code to be informed by a horrendously rude advisor that she could not help unless we paid £145. We called Liverpool Nissan to be quoted £45 for the exact same thing. Would never use this dealership ever just based on this brunette woman’s disgusting attitude. Lessons of customer service definitely need to be taught in this establishment, as I am quite frankly repulsed by the way we have just been treated. Vile.

Popped in today to get a price for a part , and also had a query about a light on my dashboard. They sorted my light issue free of charge and were really helpful and reassuring. A guy called Steve was helpful and a young lad sorted my issue and deserve acknowledgement for their proffesionalism. Receptionists were super polite and helped me with my queries. Nice people to deal with , especially for people like me who deal with anxiety. A great team of people.

AVOID BUYING A USED CAR FROM THIS STORE! They sold my pensioner mother a car with broken seatbelts (even though it apparently had a new MOT) and refused to replace or fix them! Jason has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Quick enough to sell the £600 extended warranty but not happy to fix their faulty car. Unable to use the seat in the back of the car. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the stress and hassle.

If you have a nissan, maybe go elsewhere, mine has been in being repaired since beginning of March2024 and still not fixed. Thank god it's a company lease.
