It is ALWAYS a PLEASURE to deal with Silsbee Nissan personnel, which DEFINITELY was NOT the case when we were TRYING to deal with Patterson’s Nissan of Longview, TX, when we were TRYING to get satisfaction with the Nissan Rogue we purchased FROM Patterson Nissan! They MADE SURE we COULD NOT have a Lemon Law Case, and we ended up TRADING IN at Silsbee Nissan for a Murano WITHIN a FEW MONTHS, because riding in it was HAZARDOUS to our HEALTH!! We NOW are paying an “upside down note”, but Silsbee Nissan has treated us MUCH BETTE... read more
