Seems the attitude of some service folks is like they do not want to be at the dealership.Some of the work performed is not done well.Seems that some of these folks make you feel like they are doing me a favor,not that I'm valued.I use Buckeye Toyota for my other vehicle they treat you as a friend or family member.
Comforting, to unexpectedly need to drop my truck off at a shop where the agents and technicians know the parts, more than just their names! Safly, this is rare. (And kindly sort out my use of part names in the truck's mx history.)
